The Five Estate Planning Questions Everyone Needs to Answer

| May 28, 2024

Recorded May 21, 2024 (Part of Our Client Education Series)

Estate planning. A stressful, complex topic that feels like it can create more questions than it answers. While each estate plan is unique to the individual, these five questions are at the core of every plan... (1) Why should I plan? (2) Which plan is best for me? (3) Where do my assets go? (4) Who do I put in charge? (5) Should I care about estate taxes?

Tim Kimmel, our Chief Financial Advisor, and Ryan Rehberg, President of Rehberg Law Group, provided insight on how to answer these questions and answered some of YOUR questions with a live Q&A. During their discussion, they discussed important topics such as probate, living trusts, and what it means to be an administrator or trustee.
