Tige serves as Compliance and Operations Manager. Tige wears many hats in his role. Managing the back-office operations and full compliance process, he oversees the firm’s audit program which makes Tige’s role a vital part of the team. The operations and compliance process involves working with federal and state regulators to keep the office in full compliance year-round. Tige has a broad knowledge base of many compliance-related issues, such as information security and is charge of keeping the firms records and services in check with regulatory standards. Tige also assists the COO with various operational duties including coordinating client events, preparing daily transactions, and managing information technology; always using his organizational chops to ensure the firm’s organizational growth and continued success. Tige joined the firm in 2006.

Spearheading and implementing a paperless environment for the office as well as helping update the firm’s website and social media presence is another way Tige contributes to the firm’s success. Through these innovations, Tige has kept Paul R. Ried Financial Group, LLC's processes running smoothly, keeping the firm relevant in this modern age. His well-executed efforts have allowed more time for personalized service while ensuring the firm's goal for success in helping the generations to come.

Before moving to Seattle, Tige lived in Atlanta and worked for 10 years at TR Digital Production, the largest service bureau in the southeastern United States. He specialized in computer technology, digital imagery, digital photography, graphic design, and print production for clients including Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Apple, Microsoft, UPS, Holiday Inn, and many more. His vast technological skills are a great asset to our team.

Outside the office, Tige enjoys traveling, music, art, Formula One racing, Premier League and MLS soccer as well as playing the piano.
